罗鸣,博士,研究员,博士生导师,中科院特聘研究岗位骨干人才,中国科学院华南植物园资源植物功能基因组学研究组PI。

入选“中国科学院青年创新促进会”优秀会员(2021),广东省自然科学基金杰出青年(2022), 香江学者(2013)。长期以来致力于利用高通量测序,整合基因组、转录组、表观遗传组、三维基因组等多组学数据,并进一步采用遗传学、生物化学、分子生物学、细胞生物学、生物信息学等研究方法,系统深入研究资源植物生长发育、非生物逆境胁迫和次生代谢产物合成等相关功能基因;解析其复杂调控网络的功能和机制;构建资源植物功能基因组数据库和计算平台,以及高效功能基因鉴定和基因编辑等分子育种实验平台,开展资源植物品种的收集、分子设计改良和培育;活性天然产物相关大健康功能产品、药食同源食品、日化用品及饲料开发。先后承担国家重点研发子课题、国家自然科学基金、广东省自然科学基金、青促会优秀会员、横向课题等项目。在 《Trends in Plant Science》和《Nucleic Acids Research》等国内外期刊发表论文50多篇,申请发明专利10余项。

研究领域:

1. 植物生长发育和逆境胁迫应答的表观遗传分子机制研究;

2. 药用植物次生代谢产物合成转录与表观调控机制研究;

3. 资源(药用)植物基因组、表观组等多组学数据库和计算平台建立;

4. 资源(药用)植物基因编辑分子育种体系建立;

5. 活性天然产物相关大健康功能产品、药食同源食品、日化用品及饲料开发。
