武东海，男，博士，中科院华南植物园研究员、博士生导师，主要从事全球变化生态学方面的研究工作。2015年9月至2019年6月在北京大学城市与环境学院攻读博士学位；2019年9月至2023年3月在康奈尔大学生态与进化生物学系开展博士后研究工作；2023年4月起在中科院华南植物园开展研究工作。

    目前共发表SCI文章36篇，其中第一作者和通讯作者SCI文章10篇，包括Science Bulletin，Global Change Biology，Ecology Letters等期刊。截止到2023年3月，SCI文章总引2037次（来自Web of Science核心数据库统计）；第一作者单篇最高引用468次，入选ESI前1%高被引论文。
