植物群落生态学
聚焦生物多样性的维持机制,结合理论模型和野外长期观测研究,围绕生物多样性的评估、维持机制及其对干扰的响应,1)构建了物种占据-多度估测模型,提高了物种多度的估测效果 (Methods in Ecology and Evolution, 2014);2)揭示了长期演替样地中植物种间正相互作用的普遍性,阐明了自然群落对“入侵崩溃”现象的破解机制 (Ecology Letters, 2022; Ecology and Evolution, 2021);3)构建了生境丧失-生物多样性关系模型,为土地利用和生物多样性保护提供了早期预警依据 (Ecography, 2017; Forest Ecology and Management, 2021)。研究揭示了影响生物多样性维持的生物(种间竞争与互利等)和非生物(生境面积、生境破碎化、土壤、地形等)因子,以及生物多样性对人类活动干扰的响应机制。
